The Clark Family

We enjoyed lunch today with Chad Clark and family. Please continue to pray for healing and grace for Cassidy (in her dad's arms). I had the joy of having Chad in my youth group years ago and he and his family have been a continual blessing to me over the years!

Seems like everything on our property is being used this week for Summer Bible Time...gym, auditorium, gospel tent, classrooms, picnic pavilion, kitchen ( we are baptists), ball field, and the super bus and vans. Praise the Lord for tools for the ministry!

Wes at Ft. Bluff

Wes Hollar was invited again to lead the music this past week at Ft. Bluff Camp in Dayton, TN. We are so thankful for his ministry there to hundreds of campers but we certainly are grateful that the Lord is using him weekly at Lakeside in our music ministry.

Thanks Zach for posting the flags!

Another great group out knocking on doors today!

Josh and Amy

Please pray for Josh and Amy this week as they are at Baptist International Missions in Chattanooga for a week of training. How exciting to see this sharp young couple surrender to World Missions.

Quick Update

On Tuesday night of this week I enjoyed preaching at Bro. David McCoy's church. The Lord allowed us to see 18 kids trust Christ as savior. I sure had a good time of fellowship with my dad and Bro. McCoy as my dad was leading the Kids Krusade this week.

What a great group of folks out again this morning knocking on doors. I didn't get a count but there must have been close to 70 people going door to door - Glory! I sure do love the people of Lakeside and am glad to see so many going the "second mile!"

Lakeside Ladies Softball Champs!

After a tough rebuilding year our ladies were able to win the tournament today! Only 9 players could make it, 5 were age 15, but they pulled out their 3rd win today in the last inning. As wonderful as it is to win I am so proud of their testimony. Thanks to coaches Larry, Steve, Wayne and Mark.
