Our heartfelt prayers go out to the family of Preacher Bill Reese who peacefully went home to be with the Lord early this morning. I want to encourage you to express your love to his family in whatever way the Lord may lead you. There is no human way to measure the heavenly impact that he had on so many lives around the world.
I am honored and blessed to now Pastor the people of the Church that the Lord used him to found in 1954.
More information will be given later when we are informed of the details of his homegoing service.
Photo was taken just a week ago on Sunday, February 27. We enjoyed some Sunday afternoon time together.

Dear Pastor Marshall and LBC Family,
Since we have heard of Preacher Bill's graduation, our hearts have a mixed feeling. We wishe we could have being able to see him one more time, to hear one more word of encouragement, to enjoy a few more jokes with him in this side of eternity. Since we are not going to be able to do "just that" we are sad and ached by the fact that we'll not be able to enjoy his company for a while. But today, seeing his "last picture" we just got motivated again because that is the type of memory we want to keep in our minds about Preacher Bill Reese, a friend to all and always welcoming his friends with a smile. We love you all and we sure continue to pray for Lakeside Baptist Church and the Reese Family. To them, once again a word of Gratitude, for sharing with us a husband, a father, a grandfather, a friend and Christian Brother!
